Our smoked pork is prepared by hand to minimize fat content and maximize flavor. Our spare ribs are hand trimmed to insure uniformity and consistency and incredible taste. The beef brisket is top quality Angus Beef with a beautiful smoke ring. We also offer a wide variety of items that are not on the menu ranging from whole suckling pigs to Prime Rib, Lamb Chops, Filet Mignon and more.
